At 788wun, we believe that gaming and sports betting should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. Our responsible gambling framework gives every player from Karachi to Peshawar the tools, information and support they need to stay in control at every step.
788wun provides a full suite of responsible gambling tools built directly into your account. These features are always free to use and take effect immediately — no waiting periods, no complications.
Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your 788wun account. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets — keeping your spending firmly within your personal budget, whether you're in Lahore or Faisalabad.
Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a set timeframe. When your net losses hit that threshold, the platform automatically prevents further real-money play until the limit period expires. This is one of the most effective guardrails available to 788wun players.
Gambling sessions can feel shorter than they are. Set a maximum session duration and 788wun will alert you when your time is up — giving you the chance to take a break, step away, and come back refreshed rather than chasing losses during an extended unplanned session.
If you feel you need a complete break from gambling, you can self-exclude from 788wun for a chosen period — from 30 days up to permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or play, and you will be removed from all marketing communications.
Not ready for a full self-exclusion but need a short break? A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Unlike deposit limits, cooling-off periods cannot be reversed before they expire — removing the temptation to undo the decision on impulse.
Enable on-screen reminders that appear at regular intervals while you play — displaying how long you have been logged in and your net win or loss for the session. Reality checks are a simple nudge that helps you stay grounded and make conscious decisions rather than playing on autopilot.
Gambling is meant to be a fun pastime — a way to add excitement to a PSL match or explore a live casino table between other activities. But for some players, what starts as entertainment can gradually shift into something harder to manage.
Problem gambling doesn't always look dramatic. It often develops slowly, through small changes in behaviour that are easy to overlook. Being aware of these patterns — in yourself or someone you care about — is the first and most important step towards getting things back on track.
If you recognise any of the warning signs listed here, we strongly encourage you to use 788wun's self-exclusion tools or reach out to our 24/7 support team immediately. Help is available and taking action early makes a real difference.
Continuing to bet in order to win back money you have already lost — increasing stakes in an attempt to recover, rather than playing for entertainment value.
Betting with money that should cover essential expenses — rent, food, school fees, Easypaisa/JazzCash bills — or borrowing money specifically to fund gambling sessions.
Finding it hard to walk away once you've started, or feeling restless and irritable when you try to cut down or stop gambling.
Spending large amounts of time thinking about past gambling sessions, planning future bets, or looking for ways to fund more gambling — to the exclusion of other interests.
Being secretive about the amount of time or money spent gambling, or lying to family members, friends or colleagues about your gambling activity.
Allowing gambling to interfere with work, studies, family obligations or personal relationships — missing commitments because of the desire to gamble.
Using gambling as a way to cope with stress, anxiety, loneliness or other negative emotions — needing to gamble to feel okay rather than gambling for fun.
Needing to place increasingly large bets to achieve the same level of excitement or satisfaction — a sign that gambling behaviour is becoming compulsive rather than recreational.
Setting and adjusting responsible gambling limits on your 788wun account is straightforward. The entire process can be completed directly from your Account Settings — no need to contact support unless you prefer to.
Sign in to your 788wun account using your registered credentials. If you have forgotten your password, use the secure recovery option on the login screen.
Go to your Account Settings and select the "Responsible Gambling" section. All limit tools and exclusion options are grouped here in one place.
Select the type of limit you want to set — deposit, loss, session time or wager — and enter your preferred threshold amount or duration. Specify the time period (daily, weekly or monthly).
Review your selections and confirm. Limit reductions and self-exclusion take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits may involve a short cooling period before activation.
If you need assistance setting or enforcing your limits, our 24/7 live chat support team is available to help. You can also request self-exclusion directly through the support chat.
Cap your total deposits over any rolling 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day period. Choose an amount in PKR that fits comfortably within your disposable entertainment budget — not your essential household expenses.
Set the maximum net loss you are willing to accept within a given time window. The platform tracks your cumulative losses in real time and restricts play once your threshold is reached.
Restrict the total time you spend logged in and playing in any single session. Receive a notification at your chosen threshold and optionally have the session closed automatically once time is up.
Cap the maximum single bet or total wagering volume within a period. Useful if you want to maintain a specific betting strategy without the risk of placing impulsive high-stakes bets during a hot streak.
Request a temporary or permanent block on your account. Periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, account access, deposits and all marketing are suspended without exception.
Schedule on-screen pop-ups at intervals of your choosing — every 30, 60 or 90 minutes — showing your session duration and net result, so you stay informed and in control throughout your play.
Honestly reflect on the statements below. This is not a diagnostic tool — it is a simple self-check to help you gauge whether your gambling habits remain in a healthy, recreational space.
788wun is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to real-money gaming and sports betting is permitted only to individuals aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. This is not a guideline; it is a firm requirement with zero exceptions.
Every account registered on 788wun is subject to identity and age verification (KYC) before real-money play is permitted. We verify government-issued identification documents such as CNIC or passport to confirm that every player meets the minimum age requirement before their first deposit is accepted.
If you share a device with younger family members in your home — in Rawalpindi, Multan, Islamabad or anywhere else in Pakistan — we strongly recommend taking steps to prevent underage access to 788wun. Practical measures include:
If 788wun discovers that an underage individual has accessed a real-money account — whether through a false age declaration during registration or any other means — the account will be closed immediately, all funds and winnings voided, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities in line with our license obligations.
Any account found to belong to a person under the required minimum age will be permanently closed with immediate effect. Balances, bonuses and any winnings accrued on such an account will be forfeited in full, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Consider using third-party parental control tools — available for both Android and iOS — to restrict access to gambling sites on shared family devices. Products such as Net Nanny, Qustodio and built-in screen time features can provide an effective additional layer of protection alongside 788wun's own age verification.
You do not have to manage gambling concerns alone. 788wun's own support team is available around the clock — and there are also established organisations that specialise in providing confidential, non-judgmental help to people affected by problem gambling.
