These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 788wun ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 788wun website located at https://788wun.cam, including all related services, games, sports betting markets, promotions and support functions made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use 788wun. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records at the time of registration.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 788wun, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for verifying this.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of a current employee of 788wun or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or gambling block list that would restrict your participation.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated may result in Account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access real-money services on 788wun, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited and withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly should any details change. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 788wun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the Platform immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during your use of the Platform where the operator deems it necessary, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (dated within 3 months), and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC to the Platform's satisfaction may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

By accessing 788wun, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conditions apply to your use of the Platform:

• You will access the Platform only through official channels — the 788wun website or any officially published mobile application.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise interfere with any software or system forming part of the Platform.
• You will not engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage exploitation or any other activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• You accept that all game outcomes on 788wun are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or live dealer processes, and that the Platform does not manipulate outcomes in its favour beyond the mathematically published house edge.

All deposits to your 788wun Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of deposit. The following conditions apply:

The Platform supports a range of payment options. Familiar references for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The mention of these payment providers does not imply their endorsement of gambling services, affiliation with 788wun, or guarantee of availability. Actual payment method availability is subject to operator terms and may vary.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 1,000 or the equivalent in the applicable currency, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the deposit interface.

Deposits may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as displayed in the deposit interface. Currency conversion fees may apply where deposits are made in a currency other than your Account's base currency.

All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment source of which you are the legitimate owner. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time as part of its AML compliance obligations. Deposits made from third-party sources may be reversed and the Account suspended.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account immediately or within a short processing window. Where a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, you should contact support via live chat before initiating a chargeback request with your payment provider, as chargebacks may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. 788wun is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently, without imposing unreasonable delays or conditions beyond those set out in these Terms.

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing. Withdrawals may be held pending verification where KYC has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where the Platform expressly permits withdrawal to an alternative method at its discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be communicated within the withdrawal interface and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements may result in bonus cancellation.
• The Platform reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such review.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, account abuse, or breach of these Terms.

788wun may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and the following general conditions:

• Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates and validity period. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict.
• Bonuses are issued at the Platform's sole discretion and may be amended, withdrawn or cancelled at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already accepted the offer and commenced wagering in good faith.
• A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus balance; Players are advised to review active bonus status before making additional deposits.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds within the Account. The sequence in which real-money and bonus funds are used for wagers will be communicated within the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Selling, transferring or exchanging bonuses is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The Platform reserves the right to withhold or forfeit bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is abusing promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other Players.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets and casino wagers placed on 788wun. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

A bet is not accepted until the Platform's system has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed during system errors, technical faults or where odds have been published in error may be voided at the Platform's discretion. Players will be notified of any such voiding and their stake returned.

788wun offers betting markets on Pakistan national team cricket fixtures, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, and a broad range of international sports including football, UFC and esports. References to these competitions do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by PCB, PSL, ICC or any other governing body. In-play betting is available on selected markets; odds are subject to live updates and may be suspended at any time.

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market and per day. These limits will be displayed within the relevant market or communicated to the Player prior to bet acceptance where the applicable limit may be exceeded.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Platform's decision — based on official result data from recognised data providers — shall be final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement date.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 788wun. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, Funds withheld pending investigation, and relevant information reported to applicable authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage or simulate human interaction with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption or manipulation of sports events on which bets are placed through the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players, Platform employees, or any third party to defraud the Platform or other users.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other criminal purpose.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving gambling services, except where the Platform has failed to deliver agreed services.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or in coordination with other individuals.

788wun reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable Platform policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or a third party acting on their behalf.
• A regulatory, legal or law enforcement instruction requiring Account closure or asset freezing.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold all or part of any Account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player for non-breach reasons (e.g., personal choice or self-exclusion), any real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Players with active bets may be required to wait until those bets are settled before closure is finalised.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788wun, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to technical maintenance, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistical data or promotional material.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, as applicable. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. However, given the nature of online gambling services and the legal landscape in Pakistan, Players are strongly advised to seek independent legal advice before commencing any formal dispute proceedings.

788wun does not represent or warrant that the Platform is appropriate for use, or that any content or service made available through it is lawful, in every jurisdiction. The Platform is not directed at users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, and access from such jurisdictions is at the Player's own risk and responsibility.

788wun reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the website or registered email address prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any amendments.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 788wun accepts no liability for any failure on your part to remain informed of applicable Terms updates.
